TAX ENFORCEMENT: EWCA dismisses accountant’s appeal against sentence for cheating Revenue
The England and Wales Court of Appeal has dismissed Dennis Christopher Carter Lunn’s appeal against his sentence of cheating the Public Revenue. Lunn, who advised media and entertainment celebrities, was convicted in December 2015 of ‘evading more than GBP6 million in tax’ and jailed for five years (R v Lunn, 2017 EWCA Crim
